BKW Farms was established in the Arizona desert in 1939, built on cotton and the kind of traditional agriculture that defined the Southwest for generations. When the Colorado River began to decline, we adapted. In 2013 we transitioned to heritage wheat cultivation, learning to do more with less water while keeping the same commitment to quality that started it all. By 2017 we were building controlled environment grow rooms, farming functional mushrooms with the same discipline we applied to every crop before them. Every product starts and ends on our farm. BKW Mushroom Co. is what happens when a farming legacy meets the science of functional wellness. We grow it, extract it, and stand behind it.
