Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 5–7 business days

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $40.00

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays
BKW Mushroom Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience a significant delay, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
