No more hot flashes!

I started putting Lions Mane in my coffee on beginning of September. I noticed yesterday that I hadn't had any hot flashes for the last couple days. Because Lions' Mane is largely promoted for cognitive and memory support I research it and yes it can help. My life is tremendously better!
